    Service Support Administrator- Cardiac Services (PartTime)The advertisingclose date for this vacancy is Tuesday, 7th May 2024.

    TheRole:

    Based in our Manchesteroffice, in Macclesfield, and reporting to the Customer ServiceManager, the ideal candidate will be a customer-orientedself-starter capable of contributing to a high-performanceteam.

    You will provide a keyinterface with the customer, supporting all aspects of the customercare process for a number of our brand specialities, namely CardiacServices, Synapse Medical and M.E.D Surgical.

    Working in a team environment, the successfulcandidate will demonstrate excellent external and internal customerfocus throughout.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Meet and exceedcustomer expectations, providing exceptional customer service andsupport in a professional, knowledgeable, timely manner, as thefirst internal point of contact for thecustomer.

    Proactively and professionally respondand manage customer calls/queries

    Process andmanage Sales Orders and Stock Transfer Orders timely andaccurately, ensuring customer commitments are met, keepingcustomers informed on order status and liaising with theprocurement department on deliveries

    Providecustomer Quotations in a timely manner and to a professionalstandard.

    Support the Heads of Sales, BusinessUnit Leaders and their team of Clinical Sales Specialists inmanaging key customer accounts

    Create salesreports and price listings on an ad hoc basis for the ClinicalSales Team

    Actively contribute to a veryfast-paced pasted positive team environment.

    Execute the core business processes effectively and efficiently,while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives,leveraging the use of KPI's

    Be committed tolearning and developing extensive product knowledge in order toprovide correct and timely information to clients andcustomers

    Ensure that excellent quality serviceis delivered, ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timelymanner in accordance to targets

    Multitasking onyour daily workload ensuring follow-up on your individualcaseload

    Ability to undertake additional dutiesthat may be assigned from time to time, for various businessprojects.

    Key Skill &Experience:

    2-3 years experience in aCustomer Service Role is essential, preferably in a Healthcareenvironment

    Previous experience working within amedical device/pharmaceutical regulatory environment, anadvantage

    Knowledge and experience of allaspects of the role as outlined

    Exceptionalability to meet and exceed customers'expectations

    Deliver measurable results, makeand meet commitments

    Proven track record ofachieving and exceeding set KPI's and targets

    Attention to Detail, ensuring work is executed accurately andcompletely

    Demonstrates energy, real initiativeand ability to work independently

    Track recordin contributing to high-performance teams.

    Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and teamapproach

    Professional and effectiveCommunicator, written and oral. Strong telephoneskills.

    Excellent organisation and planningskills

    Comfortable with ambiguity and flexibleto adapt within a change environment

    Demonstrateresourcefulness to deliver a high-qualityservice

    Strong administrative and IT/computingskills is a must

    Previous experience of workingwith Navision or Microsoft Business Central, anadvantage

    Microsoft Excel knowledge essential.Description of work completed in Excel and proficiency levelrequired
