As a Marketing Administrator at North Property Group, you will play a crucial role in our marketing department, ensuring the effective listing and management of our properties on leading online portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OntheMarket, and others.
This position requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to maintain accurate and up-to-date property information across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Portal Listing: Upload and maintain property listings on popular online portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, OntheMarket, and more, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Content Optimisation: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property listings with compelling and informative content to attract potential buyers.

Data Management: Regularly update property details, pricing, and availability to reflect real-time information.

Coordinate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to gather necessary information and ensure seamless communication for property listings.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of property listings to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inaccuracies.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor listings on portals, optimizing our property presence.

Jupix Experience: Utilise Jupix software for efficient property management and listings, leveraging its features to enhance our online presence.

Collaboration with Aftersales Team Marketing Materials: Assist the marketing team in preparing materials for the aftersales team, ensuring the continuity of marketing efforts post-sale.

Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the marketing team with general administrative duties and handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the real estate or property industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with various online property portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla, OntheMarket, etc.
- Proactive and selfmotivated approach to work.
- Experience with Jupix software is a plus.

£21,000 - £23,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday - 9am to 6pm; Friday - 9am to 5pm
