Senior Service Manager - London, United Kingdom - Marshall Wolfe
Description
The Senior Service manager will be assisting in the day to day running of the IT Services Portfolio and will build collaborative working relationships across multiple suppliers, technology and the business.
Experience required:
- A service professional who can operate in a large scale multi supplier environment (accountable for 100+ services)
- Strong stakeholder management skills (CXO level)
- Understanding of IT and IT Service Delivery in a large scale organisation
- Experience or working in an ITIL compliant environment (ITIL qualified)
- Experience managing external and critical services
- Knowledge of budget management is advantageous
