    As Consultants Services Executive you will use the full range of your exceptional client relations skills, joining the Consultants Services Team for this highly regarded, independent, national organisation?

    Reporting to the Consultants Services Manager this is a key role for facilitating a range of engagement campaigns with consultants, professional associations, and wider stakeholders and for monitoring consultants' progress towards compliance with the Private Healthcare Market Investigation Order (the Order).

    You will produce and circulate communications aimed at encouraging consultants (including those newly identified through data received

    Alongside assisting in the production of communications and guides for consultants, including portal content and e-newsletters, ensuring that information meets their needs and complies with data protection requirements.

    Supporting the engagement team with coordinating various member and consultant meetings.

    • Sending out invitations, monitoring attendance, preparing and distributing meeting agendas, notes and papers.
    • Monitoring engagement with consultants and produce regular reports for the team.
    • Monitoring progress towards CMA compliance and report to the CMA in a format agreed with the Consultants Services Manager
    • Maintaining the relevant areas of customer relationship management system,
    • Preparing management reports for consultants, in support of the publication of any performance measures/fee information.
    • Proven previous work experience in healthcare that has contained a significant amount of engagement with medical consultants is essential.
    • Confident communication skills (both verbal and written via telephone, email, marketing, reporting and general correspondence)
    • Evidence of data analysis skills, with evidence of confidence and a strong command of Excel
    • Excellent command of all Microsoft Office products and some Dot Digital communication packages desirable
    • Proven experience of coordinating meetings and events meetings and presenting at these (remote or in person)
    • Good problem analysis and resolution skills
    • Good project management and planning skills
    • CPD focused with the ability to take on the detailed aspects of the organisation, its purpose and compliance requirements and able to deliver this information to engage and support stakeholders involved.
