    We are seeking a commercially-savvy Program Director to join the team and grow its business in the MENA region and Europe, focusing on NGO, Education and Government sectors, for a purpose-driven strategic communications company that firmly believes in the power of distinct creative content to enable positive social change. Fusing strategic thinking with fresh creativity, our company helps clients with social and political missions connect with individuals and influence communities to affect constructive behavioral change. We offer a full range of strategic communications services, from policy advisory work, through content creation and promotion to measuring persuasion impact.

    Responsibilities:


    • The Program Director is a client and team leader responsible for leading/managing large clients and/or project(s) and client teams, ensuring effective and strategic delivery of services.


    • Fulfilling the programs objectives through the company's methodology and actively contributing to fully meeting and exceeding the client's needs at program levels.


    • Understanding the clients' business inside and out and lead on strategy development.


    • Developing a business network including developing and attracting new clients.


    • Drafting proposal letters and presentations for new business, managing the business development plan, efforts and tracking results.


    • As a champion for integrated solutions, you will need to co-ordinate and manage effectively various experts, including creative, design, data analytics, social, influencer, paid media, and earned media.


    • Managing and developing Program Managers and coordinators by providing real-time feedback, sharing knowledge within the team, developing their expertise in the management of larger programs.


    • Overseeing budgeting, billing, revenue projections, profitability, service levels, receivables on assigned clients' requirements.


    • At least 10 years of strategic communications, public relations, public affairs, digital campaign experience including leading successful client teams.


    • High ability for critical thinking, innovative insight and resolve complex issues.


    • Proven track record in terms of gaining clients and maintaining a high-level network of institutional clients.


    • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships and to influence others.


    • Gaining trust and advising client(s) on a broad range of communication issues and opportunities.


    • Experience in digital and social campaign, and community engagement.


    • Strong proficiency with technology and new media, and with creating progressive presentations.


    • Well-versed in current events and headline news at local, regional, and international levels.


    • A high level of professionalism and discreetness is a prerequisite.


    • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, Arabic and French is a plus.
