Responsibilities:


  • Daily Supervision of site activities and motivation of site operatives/labourers. Supervision and planning of workload for all the site teams.
  • Working to risk assessments and method statements.
  • Working to inspection and test plans.
Implementing health and safety procedures, undertaking safety inspections, and ensuring demolition site safety.

  • Complete all daytoday site paperwork associated with the Supervisors role.
  • Leasing with the Contracts Management on a daily basis.
  • Carrying out daily / weekly reports, completion of toolbox talks, daily activity briefings, site diary, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Client liaison (as required)

Person Specification:

  • Strong work ethic.
  • Team player, able to work as part of a team and as an individual.
Willing to travel and stay away from home as and when required.
