    Description

    Expanding Retail Organisation seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join the business on a temporary assignment. The Finance Manager would have worked within retail, ideally for an SME or high growth business and used Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

    Duties of the Finance Manager include:

    • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Ensure cashflow is managed efficiently.
    • To build comprehensive P&L and cash flow modelling.
    • Drive cost efficiencies across the business.
    • Preparation of monthly management accounts
    • Ensure efficient stock management from a financial and operations perspective.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to help develop targets around turnover, margins, and profitability.
    • Manage the company's KPI's.
    • 3 direct reports
    • Assisting with day-to-day finance tasks as necessary to ensure deadlines.

    Requirements for the Finance Manager include:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Retail sector experience
    • Confident and articulate communicator
    • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience
    • Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
