Description
Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring that they are operating safely and efficiently

  • Managing the receipt, storage, and shipping of goods
  • Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that the warehouse is properly organized
  • Ensuring that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations
  • Developing and implementing warehouse procedures and policies
  • Working with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
  • FLT licence
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, stock control software or MRP/ERP System
