    Description
    A leading Asset Manager with a global presence are currently looking for a 1st/2nd line Support Analyst/Engineer.

    These roles are pivotal in providing front-line support to a diverse user base, encompassing VIPs, traders, operations, finance, portfolio management, marketing, and more.

    Deliver prompt and effective 1st/2nd line support to users, resolving technical issues related to desktops, applications, and peripherals.
    Participate in project work, such as office rollouts and Microsoft online migrations, as assigned.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar financial services environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of front-line support operations.

    Proficiency in typical Windows environments, including user setups, desk moves, and troubleshooting.
    Familiarity with scripting languages is desirable but not essential.
    Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours shifts and weekends, as required.


    Shift Pattern:

    Out-of-hours work may be necessary on occasion but will not be regular, and weekend work will be very occasional.
