As a key member of our regulatory professionals team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that concerns about Registrants' professional fitness are meticulously investigated and addressed.

You'll champion quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness, driving investigations that meet our high standards and align with our strategic objectives.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating investigations that adhere to rigorous standards, implementing a well-defined investigative plan, conducting insightful risk assessments, and escalating issues when needed.

Efficiently oversee the performance and growth of case investigators in your team, ensuring they achieve their personal and team goals
Collaborate closely with other Casework Managers to maintain consistent quality across teams and optimise resource utilisation
Undertake additional responsibilities across the regulatory professionals team as needed
Recognise the confidential nature of the work and prioritise data protection
Comprehensive understanding of investigative techniques, evidential rules, and the legislative and policy landscape in the healthcare regulatory sector
