Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator for a contract position, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)Responsibilities
Support the Administration Supervisor with administrative support to the Aberdeen Office including, but not limited to:
- Processing of both onshore and offshore timesheets.
- Process reports received from offshore including Daily Tracking Sheets, Toolbox Talks and Job Safety Analysis Reports.
- Process departmental annual leave requests and maintain department Team Planner.
- Ensure that all departmental and offshore personnel CV's are kept up to date or amended when necessary.
- Provide document control cover as required for Project Administration Supervisor.
- Ad Hoc duties as required for department.
- Conduct all activities within the Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions.
- To ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk.
Requirements:
- Some document control experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Good secondary education
- Conversant with Microsoft Office software packages. Microsoft Word and Excel is a must, and Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
