Menlo Park are working with a couple of well-established and supportive GP surgeries currently looking for a full time Practice Nurse to join their friendly, close-knit team and worth between the two sites.

The surgeries offer flexibility around hours as well as supporting you in further development as a Practice Nurse.

They are looking for a Practice Nurse with experience in Primary Care, someone comfortable with routine Practice Nurse duties as well as Chronic Disease Management experience.

Salary - £31,000 - £39,975 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays
