Our client, based in
Central London , is currently recruiting for a
People Business Partner on a permanent contract. Our client is one of the largest charities in the UK providing specialist support to thousands.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is negotiable based on experience for this position.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Manage employee relations caseload including sickness, disciplinary and grievances, providing advice and guidance to managers as necessary
  • Support on informal employee relations cases by coaching and advising managers
  • Provide a comprehensive generalist service to staff and line managers across the organisation by supporting the full employee lifecycle
  • Oversee the end to end recruitment process from advising on job descriptions and person specifications, placing adverts and coordinating assessment processes and attending interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure the on boarding experience and process is completed in a timely manner from issuing offer letters and contracts to arranging induction programmes

Experience required:


  • Working knowledge of employment law and good practice
  • Dealing with both informal and formal case work
  • Strong recruitment experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Great communication skills

Working hours:


  • 37.5 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5:30pm
  • Only required to go into the office two/three times per month
