Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an integral role within our Global HR team.

The
Senior Global Talent Lead is an opportunity that has come about due to promotion within the wider HR teams.

This is a flexible hybrid role with some time spent in any one of our Experian offices.


At Experian we have a bold growth agenda, and to successfully deliver on this growth strategy we will need the right talent in the right place, skilled, motivated and energised to deliver, clear about what they are to do and how they will be measured.


This role will focus primarily on designing and implementing the tools needed to drive our global talent and succession approach.

Key will be driving the change management and capability building to engage and inspire the HR community and the business on this topic.

This is an exceptional role for a talented individual with a background in Talent Management to play a key part in our growth agenda


Qualifications:

You will own and drive improvements for the end-to-end global talent approach and the capability that goes with it.


This will be achieved through:
- regular talent matching discussions for senior roles with the Global HR Leadership Team
- agile processes and approaches to design talent interventions fit for the organisation, using industry best practice to deliver information
- partnering with the People, Technology and Analytics team to re-design a system that enables internal talent moves and succession planning
- measuring the business impact of all talent interventions in relation to business performance at Experian
- supporting the Chief People Officer and Chief Talent Officer in translating and packaging the global people strategy

  • Coordinating and developing papers for the annual GTR and supporting data collection, reporting and analytics
  • Supporting on any key projects such as Talent to Value
  • Liaising with external and internal suppliers
