Senior Retention CRM Manager - London (Hybrid) - Permanent - £52,000 - £58,500 DOE
ARM are looking for a Retention CRM Manager to join their top Ecommerce client in London or Portsmouth on a permanent, hybrid basis.
Previous experience within CRM management, preferably within a B2B setting would be a distinct advantage, as well as being a creative individual with a flair for writing excellent copy.
Responsibilities
- Key focus on delivering the business's retention goals, including reduced churn, increased revenue per member, and increased NPS.
- Engage and influence senior members of the leadership team.
- Build resultsdelivering communications journey and strategy
- Leverage segmentation and analytics to deliver a stellar managed customer contact experience
- Lead on channel optimisation by looking at new technology and channels available
- Lead campaign, member reporting, and analysis to drive performance enhancements
- Rally and drive best practice behaviours around messaging, creative, and tone of voice.
- Deliver on channel mix, performance, reporting, and optimisation.
- Work collaboratively with data and delivery partners to ensure data is correct
- Ensure communications are sent to customers at the correct time.
- Demonstrate an awareness of how processes impact other departments and the wider business.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Protection policy, protecting all personal and confidential data and information about customers, members, suppliers, and employees.
Requirements:
- A strong, proven track record of strategic CRM management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee deployment and performance of campaigns at varying levels of completion.
- A keen creative eye, with the ability to explore and communicate new ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.
- Good understanding of CRM best practices, with a passion for further development
- Hands on experience building automation and campaigns within a CRM platform.
- Comfortable with segmentation models, reporting suites, and interpreting data.
- Strong IT and interpersonal skills
