    We are looking for someone who is passionate about both technology and process excellence, to help us develop our Acquisition and Customer Servicing platforms to provide outstanding services for our customers.

    You'll need to be able to proactively find insight, look for efficiencies and drive changes through our teams to effectively improve our customer platforms and better manage our risks & controls frameworks.

    You'll delve into complex data and process improvement methodologies through:
    Designing effective and efficient processes that deliver great outcomes for our customers and business
    End-to-end analysis of processes to deliver consistent and impactful results
    Demonstrating excellent process management skills through tracking success metrics and monitoring process performance
    Working with Product teams to support prioritisation decisions to ensure we make changes that deliver the greatest value for our business and our customers
    Testing of our controls to ensure that our key risks are appropriately monitored, and documented actions are taken when appropriate
    Supporting projects by partnering with technology and suppliers to ensure processes are efficient and focus on key business objectives
    Strong in-built analytical mindset, a high level of numerical ability which enables you to quickly spot trends and opportunities in raw data
    Experience with Risk Management
    Ability to work cross-functionally with lots of stakeholders to input into key decisions and deliver tangible business results
    A drive for continued learning through training opportunities and knowledge sharing to develop innovative solutions
    A good decision maker, able to bring a healthy, balanced approach to business with a strong customer focus
    This is a permanent position and is based in our Nottingham offices.

    We've adopted a flexible hybrid working model - one that creates the opportunity to work in your own way, but also provides great spaces for in-person collaboration.

    Our core in-the-office days are Tuesday to Thursday.
