Description

Our client works with people looking to re-skill/up-skill, they help them achieve this by recommending the appropriate E-learning course(s).

They also offer continual support throughout the learning process and a job support service at the end, supporting the person to gain the employment in their desired industry.

Salary £22,500

OTE average £60,000 (very realistic) - people are earning a minimum of £50,000 and top sellers are making in excess of £70,000

Basic salary will go up to £35,000 as you gain experience and prove yourself

Hybrid working

Hove Office

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The position:

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance in an consultative manner to customers over the telephone in relation to the career developing courses, mainly in IT, Coding and Project Management.

For example, a lorry driver wants to change his career and get into an IT support role, or a coding professional wants to upskill for a promotion.

These people would have seen online marketing and they would have entered their details on the website, asking for more information.

You call them and together work out the best course for them.

The key is to be empathic, take time to understand the learners motivations and future plans and ensure you guide them toward the right course for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Offering consultative advice, guidance and support in relation to the courses on offer.
Provide each customer with a solution that is relevant to their experience, aspirations and situation
Managing your pipeline successfully to achieve monthly enrolment/sales targets
Entering and updating customer information on our CRM database
Managing your own leads and pipeline
