    Infrastructure Engineer

    £38,500 – Infrastructure Engineer – Telford - Fully on-site

    On a permanent basis, based on your level of experience salaries are ranging up to £38,500 per annum for this Infrastructure Engineer role.

    Job Purpose

    • Maintain and develop the LAN and WAN Infrastructure
    • Participate in infrastructure and desktop projects to support continual improvement
    • Support the ICT Helpdesk function, ensuring user requests are resolved to agreed service levels and work closely with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution and Finance teams to support daily operations.
    • Maintain awareness of cybersecurity and ensure procedures and policies are followed

    Skills and Experience Required

    • Excellent communication both written and verbal
    • Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line infrastructure role
    • Good working knowledge of network protocols (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLAN etc.)
    • Experience with M365 configuration and administration (Office Apps, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
    • Good working knowledge of Windows Servers and PowerShell scripting
    • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
    • Desirable experience: Crowdstrike, Azure, Mimecast, Hyper-V, Endpoint Central
