    We are actively seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our esteemed client's team, collaborating closely with the Head of Building Services, as well as investment, asset management, and legal teams.

    This role involves providing technical expertise and overseeing project management for various works projects spanning a diverse asset portfolio encompassing office, residential, retail, and industrial properties.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying necessary works, engaging specialist consultants, and ensuring cost-effectiveness across all projects.
