Proline Care are currently seeking experienced Deputy Mangers for Children's Residential Homes in a variety of locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Manager with the day-to-day operations of the home
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
To promote the development of young people
To liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure appropriate care of young people
To undertake staff meetings, supervisions and appraisals
To participate with the on-call rota
To safeguard young people

Experience/Qualifications NVQ Level 3 (Essential)
Minimum 2 years experience with children/young people (Essential)
Minimum 1 years experience of staff supervision (Essential)
UK Drivers licence (Essential)
