Our client play an essential role in the closed-loop supply chain through the recycling and production of lead used in energy storage solutions, the collection of end-of-life batteries, and the distribution of new batteries.


Role of Administrator

  • General office administration
  • Good IT skills, Microsoft packages including Excel (CRM use an advantage but training would be given)
  • Excellent customer handling, you would be dealing with our regular customers to arrange requirements for battery collection.
  • Relaying any specific requirements to our drivers to ensure a smooth collection.

Specific Tasks of Administrator

  • Manage personal outlook inbox, respond to enquiries, and take any relevant actions within a timely manner.
  • Check the enquiries inbox. add collections onto system respond to customer enquiries and any other issues relating to the enquiry's inbox accordingly.
  • Call sites proactively to book collections if required.

Requirements of Administrator

  • Excellent Customer skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft software
  • Good organisation and admin skills

Benefits of Administrator

  • Monday to Friday working week.
  • 35 hours per week Monday Friday 95 with 1hr lunch
  • Salary £21,500.00 per annum
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
