The role of Finance Analyst requires a keen focus on data quality, validation and reconciliation across data sets frommultiple systems.

Attention to detail and pro-active review of data is critical for this role, and previous experience with Oracle Fusion would be highly valued.

Description

Finance Analyst duties and responsibilities:

Development, production and analysis of the weekly management report
Monthly salary and headcount
Posting salary transactions to nominal ledger
Variance analysis
Supporting the production of budget and forecast models as required.
Assisting in the completion of ad hoc performance analysis and financial investigations.
Providing support to other members of the Finance team during holidays or absence.

Profile

Experience as a Financial Analyst working within an FP&A or management accounting environment.
Excellent reporting and analytical skills including advanced Excel spreadsheet skills and the ability to manipulate large data sets to produce meaningful insight.
An inquisitive, proactive and solutions based approach to tackling challenges and the ability to bring the numbers to life for nonfinance members of the operational team.
Proven experience in monthly reporting, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
Ability to investigate at a granular level to ensure understanding of the drivers of the business.
