Job Role


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced telesales Assistant to become an integral part of a well-established new business team dealing with a wide range of enquiries such as Clinical Negligence, Dispute Resolution, Wills and Estate and Residential Conveyancing.


As a Client Relationship Co-Ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients contacting the new business sales department.

You will take a detailed history from the potential client for the purpose of assessing, with the assistance of senior fee earners, whether the firm can assist with the client's enquiry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as primary point of contact for all new business enquiries received by either by phone or through our website.
  • To work within an agreed SLA to ensure that all new enquiries are dealt with, managed and followed up in a timely manner.
  • To represent the company in a professional and approachable manner at all times
  • Build effective communication links with prospective clients and colleagues, liaising regularly with internal departments.
  • Ask the right questions to ensure that we fully understand the client's needs, promoting other service areas where necessary & triaging the enquiry as required.
  • Provide the Management Board with feedback and reports on pipeline enquiries and conversion rates on a departmental basis.
  • Book appointments in fee earners diaries for facetoface appointments and/or call backs.
  • Liaise with Head of Department as to workload and availability within the department.
  • Ensure that proper records are kept and recorded in terms of Source of Business, contact information, and any other relevant information, for marketing purposes.
  • Scheduling followup communications with new business clients.
  • Work alongside colleagues to ensure that we deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Ensure that all internal processes are followed.

Person Specification
Previous experience using a case management system would be beneficial, though is not essential.

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be the first contact for our new clients and responsible for the start of their journey with Levi Solicitors.

The role is office based.
