    We are delighted to be recruiting for a private clinic based in Windsor.

    The company are looking for a friendly and professional Medical Secretary to join the team to support the running of the organisation.

    clinic and EPR.

    This is a pivotal role in the running of the administration of the medical service so that it provides a professional streamlined service to patients in a professional and methodical way.

    Telephone calls/referrals/cancellations/amendments of appointments etc

    • Update patient database i.e. e.clinic/EPR/Word
    • Other typing (i.e copy typing/audio) for other Clinicians
    • Picking up overflow telephone calls
    • Help with reception cover from time to time

    Essential Skills and Qualities:

    • Competency around computer systems, including Word
    • Excellent typing skills
