    Description

    The Resource Delivery Manager is responsible for engaging, coordinating, and executing the deployment of internal staff and external associate resources to support the company's client requirements.

    The role is central to the efficient identification of skilled resources and their deployment to successfully deliver client projects. You will work with the team to understand the skills and effort requirements for projects and identify the optimal use of internal and associate resources. You will also proactively manage the identification of new skilled resources from a range of sources and support their onboarding.

    You need to be able to self-motivate, be agile, plan your time according to the priorities, have strong negotiating skills and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. You want to learn about the technologies we support, to enable you to provide the right skills to support our clients needs.

    The role is office based in Bracknell.

    The role

    Resourcing

    · Use and enhance consulting resource deployment plans and procedures.

    · Manage the procurement, onboarding, and offboarding of consultants.

    · Managing and developing the associates' network, sources, availability and usage.

    · Use and enhance consulting resource deployment plans and procedures.

    · Assign consultants to client engagements based on their skills, experience, and availability.

    · Work with other departments to ensure that resources are deployed in a timely and efficient manner.

    · Identify and implement opportunities to improve the consulting resource deployment process.

    Recruitment

    · Ensuring job adverts are drafted and published to the Applicant Management system.

    · Ensuring job adverts are published on relevant job sites and seeking new locations to drive applicants.

    · Using LinkedIn to find candidates with particular skills, e.g., searching for a Product in their profile

    · Facilitating the recruitment process through the stages from initial interest, interviews through to offer

    · Engaging with universities and graduate recruitment job boards for early careers hires

    · Financial understanding of resource management and project delivery

    · Reviewing and approving invoices

    · Reporting consulting spend and budgets to management

    Administration

    · Administer, track and report on consultant time recording and utilisation.

    · Supporting project management achieving delivery and spend against Purchase Orders (PO) for projects

    · Managing and updating the associates database

    · Managing skills matrix of internal and external resources

    • 3 years+ work experience in a related role with an awareness of the technology sector
    • Ambition to pursue a career in the technology sector
    • Experience of contracting external resources and reporting financial information
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Outcome oriented, focused on quality and delivery
