Our client are a leading UK manufacturer of home, office, garden plastic products.

They over 40 machines injection moulding, blow moulding or rotationally moulding high quality and innovative products for their global customer base.

We are delighted to be working in partnership to help assist in recruiting for an additional Injection Moulding Setter

Our client looking to add an experienced, flexible, and talented Injection moulding setter to work at the expanding Pinxton site.

As an injection moulding setter, you will work a rotating days, nights and afters 3 shift pattern in our high production output factory.

Key Responsibilities of the new Injection Moulding Setter:

Safely tool change a variety of moulding machines.
Condition set Injection moulding machines from scratch.
Set 3axis Sepro and Viper robots.
Be responsible for Quality checks, fault finding and keeping the machines running efficiently.
Analyse cycle times and product weight to ensure targets are met and machines run efficiently.
Promote a positive and safe working environment by helping keep the machinery, plant and working area tidy and organised.

Key requirements of the new Injection Moulding Setter:
Essential

Desirable

Experience working with Billion, Engel, Arburg and Sandretto injection moulding machines.
Experience working with Sepro 3axis robots.
Physical fitness due to tool changing large machinery.
Experience working on a variety of sized machinery, from 60t1500t.
Willingness to work overtime as the business requires during busy periods

About the role of Injection Moulding Setter:

£14.40/hr and regular overtime paid at overtime rate.
Rotating days, nights and afters 3 shift pattern in our high production output factory.
Night shift attendance bonus
