- You'll take ownership of People Operations across the entire employee lifecycle, using your expertise to be the go-to person for questions and issues
- Lead People contact for our global team including US, Chile and Brazil
- Collaborating with our payroll team to ensure timely execution of our global pay-cycles
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, partnering with senior colleagues
- Lead on entire recruitmentprocess by participating in screening, collaborating with agencies and onboarding activities
- Manage our HRIS (we useBambooHR)
- Arrange training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employee well-being
- Work closely with Global People Director to implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention
- Provide advice and assistance to employees on HR policies and procedures, whilst maintaining a people first approach
- Hybrid scheduled with at least once a week in our Cambridge offices.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or people-related roles
- HRIS experience (don't worry if you don't have BambooHR experience, you'll be trained)
- Demonstratable knowledgeof HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ideally to have had experience in a scaling organisation
