    Role purpose :
    Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? Join our Partner Markets team as Senior Divestment (Programme) Manager and you will develop a deep understanding of the Partners' organization, forge trusted effective relationships with key senior stakeholders and have responsibility of the listed function areas.
    As part of the transaction, Vodafone will continue to support a divested OpCo with a number of Transitional Services and support its separation from Vodafone. The Senior Divestment (Programme) Manager role will focus on the divested OpCo, managing the service delivery of these areas through the separation period, and building and executing migration plans where applicable and will play a key role in the assessment, quantification, and mitigation of operational and delivery issues.

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

    •Leads Day 1 Readiness workstreams incl. representing Partner Markets in the wider completion activities, planning, definition of requirements to deliver.

    •Overall responsibility and accountability in relation to migration planning & execution in line with divestment TSAs, reporting and ensuring business continuity of agreed services

    •Overall reporting, change control and commercial management (incl. facilitation of any required approvals) of each parties obligations under the TSA

    •Convenes, prepares for, and chairs governance boards

    •Manages the interface with Key senior stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed - both internal and external

    •Manages key strategic risks facing the programme

    •Ensures that deliverables are aligned to the contract

    •Tertiary level escalations for resolving any Agreement Issues unable to be resolved by the Project Managers at an Agreement Review Board within the Project Manager Resolution Period;

    •Acting as a first point of contact for resolving any Transaction Issues;

    •Aligning of the programme to the organisation's strategic direction

    •Ensuring that separation and migration programmes are aligned to strategic direction of Vodafone Investments unit

    Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

    •Prior knowledge and experience of Vodafone OpCos and/or Group

    •Experience of working in complex Technology or Business transformation projects

    •Be able to analyse and articulate complex information in a simple and effective way

    •Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

    •Substantial management experience at senior level, presenting to Exco level stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

    •Strong Vendor management capabilities and problem-solving skills

    •A highly motivated individual with a focus on delivering a great customer experience.

    •Start-up experience highly desirable

    •Strong B2B account management skills and proven track record on C-level

    •Proficient in influencing and commercial negotiating skills

    •Be able to collaborate with and motivate a cross-functional virtual teams

    •Strong project management skills

    •Self-starter who is committed to deliver results and make decisions

    •International experience across different cultures

    Must have technical / professional qualifications:
    -5+ years of leading complex projects/programmes
    -MA or MSc preferable
    -Ideally MBA
