Regional Facilities Manager Hospitality£55k + Bonus + Package
Are you commercial and customer focused with experience of managing an investment and maintenance budget in a retail property management role?
With sites across the UK, this fast growing hospitality business is recognised for their professional operation and market leading service.
As a Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company's property asset as well as delivering a successful investment programme in line with agreed targets.
This is a field based role and you will need to have had exposure to overseeing a number of sites.
Plan and implement future investment opportunities where you identify potential opportunities for growth and changeOffering guidance and advice, you will influence business development whilst protecting the asset to maximise property value.
Manage supplier relationships and new relationships to ensure an effective, high level of customer service and value for money.
