If you are an OD practitioner who loves optimizing efficient and driving impactful change this role will be of interest

As OD Consultant you will join a strong and admired People team to develop organizational structures and designs.

Leading on an important and integral groupwide project, you'll implement best-practice OD principles and practices that address strategic, financial, and operational questions that this business encounters.

Your role will involve conducting in depth analysis of business needs, assessing current structures and envisioning future state organisational models to bolder efficiency, elevate performance and enhance overall employee engagement.

You will play an integral role in guiding and supporting the implementation of organisational changes.

And with your expert knowledge, tools, and techniques, you'll be able to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these changes, providing valuable insights to drive continuous improvements.

Extensive experience in largescale organisational design, preferably in a consulting or inhouse OD role.
Strong understanding and experience of bestpractice organisation design principles and associated tools and techniques
Proficiency in change management principles and practices
Ability to develop strategic design principles to inform organisation design choices.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
£65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
