Due to recent expansion, we require an experienced
Administrative Support in our renewable & industrial department.


You will be working as part of a team but will also be required to use your own initiative to get tasks completed to a deadline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day to day running of the organisation. This will include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings & diary apps, filing documents, supporting & liaising with customers, typing, copying, scanning & planning.
  • Produce customer contracts for solar installations and supporting documentation
  • Produce customer hand over packs/documents with copies of certificate and applicable warranties as required by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme
  • Undertake RECC requirements and documentation
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and inputting work results and tests.
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to the organization as required
  • Logging notifications of additional works/adaptions to building controls
  • Assisting the renewable and Industrial managers with invoicing
  • Responsible for adding and overseeing Company social media platforms.
  • Assisting & sending of RAMS
  • Label printing form software
  • Booking accommodation and travel requirements
  • Project management support
  • Updating schedules
  • Material procurement


This is a varied role with many different responsibilities some of which will include supporting several the management team with their everyday administration duties.

The correct person for this role will need to be someone who has a professional, enthusiastic & positive attitude with a "can do" approach to managing numerous responsibilities.

They will need to be happy in knowing that every day will be different, and they will also need to be confident in speaking to customers as well as in supporting internal members of the management team.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years administration experience
  • Ideally have experience in working with or in an Electrical/Renewable business background although not essential
  • Sound Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • CRM system knowledge (preferable)
  • Be forward thinking, proactive, self
- motivated and inventive in streamlining the role to you

  • Highly organised
  • Experience in working to deadlines
  • Have customer service knowledge & experience
  • GCSE or equivalent in higher education required
  • Clean driver's license

The package:
- from 25-27k per annum is negotiable based on experience
