    Description
Our Client is part of a group of company's centered around the Net Zero agenda.

As a green thinking group they are actively involved in the verification, monitoring, capture and offsetting of carbon emissions related to the built environment, technically advising and facilitating a roadmap to a cleaner more environmentally responsible future.

Part of the group's many offerings is supplying their customers ground-breaking software, providing a highly intelligent platform to analyse building performance and energy usage.

The system then translates these scientific comparisons into actionable insights and allows users to take steps leading to future consumption being optimised, forecast, and controlled much more accurately than before.

It doesn't matter whether an organisation is accountable for one building or a large estate, spread across the country or around the world, the platform delivers multiple benefits across new build or existing building stock for environmentally conscious developers, facilities providers, investors and beyond.

As the demand for this software increases, the business is looking to hire a Project Manager to oversee the onboarding process and ensure the smooth installation and setup of all integrated services for new and existing customers.

This client facing role will bridge technical support with the development of current and new business, requiring a high energy customer facing individual with the drive and professionalism to go the extra mile.

Applications are invited from technically minded and professionally qualified Engineers and/or Project Managers, with a solid understanding of M&E systems, including BMS and Renewable Technologies.

Experienced gained and time spent in consulting engineering, building services contracting and/or property management would be desirable, understanding the unique challenges working with complex buildings and controlling energy costs often highlights.

The nature of the position and client contact will require travel to review sites and attend preinstallation surveys.

For more remotely based sites and any time sensitive meetings, the appointed individual will require a valid UK drivers licence and the availability to incorporate occasional overnight stays, albeit this isn't forecasted to be regular.

Finally, promoting energy and cost saving technology requires knowledgeable, insightful and passionate energy advocates, highlighting the advantages for all parties and motivating those in a position to make a difference, to do exactly that
