    Description

    We're seeking a motivated New Business Account Executive with a background in Motor Trade Insurance - to join us here at Jensten Motor Trade, which is part of the Jensten Group.

    We are one of the leading providers of specialist, exclusive and cost-effective insurance products to the Motor trade, Chauffeur and Construction sectors.

    Our business is firmly focused on providing a "better service" to our clients and this is achieved by handling business in-house, we don't outsource

    Reporting to the Director and working closely with our dedicated Account Handlers who will be able to support, you'll be based in the Midlands, to continue our growth in this region.

    You'll work remotely apart from when you are out visiting your prospect clients.

    The main purpose of the role is to drive new business and grow a book of clients in the Midlands area; as well as looking after existing business/ clients.

    Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure renewal and/or new business.

    To assist in team performance by regular communication with colleagues and manager to establish and raise concerns and provide solutions.

    Achieve or exceed agreed volume of Quotes/Sales/Income generated from all marketing sources including own personal prospecting activity.
    To understand client's business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance.
    To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g.

    As one of our Account Executives, you'll be the type of person who likes connecting and creating new business relationships; having a natural flair for sales.

    You'll have a passion for providing solutions and a flair for spotting opportunities that will help existing and new clients going forward.

    As an Account Executive, you will also be or have:

    Insurance background- especially in Motor Trade (essential)
    Passion and flair for new business (essential) Experience in generating new business (ideally)
    Have an existing client base to bring across, to help grow the book of business (ideally)
    Great customer service and communication skills
    Excellent telephone manner, being able to network & build working relationships easily
    Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance and sales
    Full UK Driving Licence - Travel to prospect clients as required
