    Main Objectives of the RoleFood Alert are seeking someone to:
    Grow the 'Product Data' element of Food Alert through the acquisition of new clients, and retention of existing.

    Be the face of Product Data to clients and prospects...Managing high profile, enterprise client accounts, ensuring they receive a high standard of service delivery in accordance with contractual agreements.

    (This involves working with colleagues in Regulatory and IT.)Providing consultancy to clients in relation to Trading Law services.
    Work collaboratively with the Food 'Vertical' Sales Team on Business Development opportunities with existing and prospective Software only clients.
    Help develop the PD marketing plan through close liaison and support of the Food Alert Marketing Team.

    Existing Client ManagementManaging high-profile, enterprise and smaller client accounts, ensuring they receive a high standard of service delivery in accordance with contractual agreements.

    Schedule and lead regular business review meetings with key clients, recording any action points and following up as necessary.
    Contracts Ensuring client Contracts and Service Level Agreements are commercially attractive.
    Supporting Product Data colleagues with commercial queries, adjustments to existing contracts and new client proposals, quotes and contracts.

    New Business / SalesResponsible for all Enterprise sales within the Product Data area by:
    Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.

    Working collaboratively with the Hospitality Compliance Sales Team on business development opportunities with existing and prospective Product Data software-only clients.

    Identifying, encouraging and progressing commercial opportunities with clients including upselling products and services, specialising in enterprise client business requirements.
    Delivery of product demonstrations and attendance at sales meetings.
    Attending conferences, meetings and industry events to promote the company's services and brands.

    Organising and delivering customer events in relation to our future SaaS plansSupporting and liaising with the Head of Marketing to help ensure the company/brand is promoted within the market.

    Remaining aware of market trends and competitors.
    Keeping up to date with commercial developments within the industry.

    Internal Stakeholder Management Deputising for the Product Director in their absence, and effectively being the business GM in their absence.

    Communicates client needs and demands to relevant company colleagues.
