Description
Our client, an International Bank based in London urgently need an Admin Assistant to join their team on a 8 weeks temp assignment.
Key responsibilities:
- Filing putting documents into the individual customer files.
- Sorting the documents already in the files into order per new Checklist and transferring the documents to new files.
- Removing old documents from files and preparing for Archiving.
- Assisting in boxing up Closed Files for Archiving.
- Scanning documents into DSX.
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 weeks
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
