Marine Procurement & Logistics Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marine Procurement & Logistics Manager for our esteemed client operating in the Maritime industry.

Shaping and executing the Technical Marine Procurement strategy in collaboration with the Head of Procurement.
Providing support to the fleet of vessels and technical teams.
Leading, coordinating, and coaching the team to achieve operational and financial metrics.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate performance and delivery.
Setting and driving key performance indicators for cost optimization and continuous improvement.
Managing the annual Technical Procurement budget and forecasts.
10+ years of extensive experience in Marine Procurement at a regional/global level.
~ Strong market awareness and understanding of maritime supply chain components, regulations, and market conditions.
~ Forward-thinking approach to procurement, systems, and controls.
~ Experience in change management and system implementations preferred.
