    As our Community Manager you will be helping with customer facing relations with our customers, the customer experience would truly be yours. From talking to customers, engaging with them on social and creating unique experiences and ideas to better understand and talk to our customers.

    Having launched just under two years ago, Wild Dose has debloated tens of thousands of customers and launched in retailers such as WholeFoods Wild Dose is on a journey to defeat bloating quickly and we want YOU along for the ride.

    As you'll be joining our small and nimble team, it will be a great opportunity to learn, have creative freedom and experience what a fast growth company feels like While the title of the job may be Community Manager, you'll be experiencing more than just engaging with our customers

    Responsibilities

    The role is for varying levels of experience, from people who have done it all before to those just setting out on their career. We want to hire the best and we are happy for the right person to learn on the job too.

    • Creating amazing customer experiences
    • Customer Service and learn customer pain points
    • Engaging with customers and comments across social media
    • Working with the team to develop marketing strategies that speak to our customers
    • Help define our brand's tone of voice
    • Assist with our leading social media production
    • Translate customer pain points into better email communication and packaging
    • Be a helpful pair of hands eager to learn and help out in any area
