Salary:
Up to £28,000 per annum plus bonus

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a great customer journey and driving service through the team alongside the Store Manager.

Motivating and inspiring your colleagues, you will have a passion for people and will ensure that the brand is represented to the highest standard at all times.

You will thrive on developing your team to deliver first class customer service and excel in driving your stores sales performance
You support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store and the team
You will drive key performance indicators to get fast, impressive results through your team
Guildford, Chertsey, Dorking, Haslemere, Fleet and Sandhurst
