Health & Safety Officer

UHI Moray is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to ensure the effective operation, review and development of the College health and safety systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for on-going review and update of College Health and Safety Procedures in line with current legislation and will take the lead role in the management of Health and Safety risks, responding to Health and Safety issues and the overall monitoring and reporting on H&S compliance.

Candidates must be qualified to a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate, have experience of working as a Health and Safety practitioner and have up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation. The successful candidate will be required to deliver a range of health and safety training. Please note that further requirements are noted in the attached documents.

All appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
