Working in partnership with my client, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced leader for its Financial Accounting & Income function.
The role:
Leading the external audit process.
Managing income streams and credit control procedures.
Ensuring efficient payroll operations for over 1,100 staff.
Providing strategic financial leadership alongside other finance leads
Person specification:
Qualified accountant background (ACA or ACCA preferred) with audit experience.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results.
Experience in managing credit control and payroll functions.
Previous team management experience.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week), with hybrid working available (2 days in the office and 3 days from home per week)
