Great role for a hands-on white-collar Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader with Divisional Management aspirations - London.

Very well-connected supplier of blue and white recruitment solutions to the Residential New Build & Commercial construction sectors are seeking a charismatic hands-on billing manager to be responsible for the growth and management of their growing London white collar construction recruitment services.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to join an established business with a client list that comprises of Balfour Beatty, Countryside, Fairview, Redrow, Linden Homes, Cala Homes, Wates and Multiplex amongst others.

Outstanding opportunity for a senior level white collar construction recruiter with leadership skills to mentor a small team with budgeted headcount to grow to 8 heads over the next months.

£45,000 to £55,000 + Guarantee + Commission + Team Override + Flexible Package +++
