They are currently looking for a Programme Manager to join them for an initial 6 month contract working on a hybrid basis.

About the Role:

They are looking to recruit a Programme Manager to drive the delivery of reliable, scalable and functionally rich software solutions for clients and colleagues alike.

As a Delivery Lead you will lead the delivery of projects, programmes and initiatives that are critical to the clients and the organisation.

What they are looking for:

Great communicator, dynamic and adaptable with the ability to learn and use new skills.
Ability to lead and drive the shaping of new initiatives forward in a requirement led way.
Sound understanding of Project Management Fundamentals.
The ability to facilitate efficient & effective decision making, validate designs & solutions and ensure all parties feel understood and satisfied with your outputs.
Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops their capabilities.

Additional Experience:

Mobilising, and owning, new projects and programmes and engaging with a broad array of team members and stakeholders that may be both internal or external to the client.
Actively managed one or more projects through to delivery, using a number of tools to support the successful delivery of transformation that is consistent with the Groups Transformation Principles and Practices
Lead a diverse team of individuals from numerous teams and specialisms and successfully bring those individuals together to achieve the scope of your projects, whilst also ensuring seamless alignment with the broader delivery roadmap
Ensuring your areas of responsibility is aligned with overall engineering strategies and transformation, pushing boundaries and seeking opportunities to improve
Open to new "thought processes" and Change mindset, bring in new ways of working/innovative and creative ways of delivering software
Experience working in delivery of change, governance and planning or managing finances (such as budget plans) and delivering value.
Strong communication skills and an ability to influence alignment up and down the Group.
Experience in balancing conflicting priorities and an ability to explain prioritisation decisions for releases.
Experience of mentoring or leading others or creating an inclusive team environment that motivates, attracts and retains talent.
