Description
An exciting opportunity for an Administrator has arisen to the join a research and development company specialising in biomaterial technologies for the medical device industry.
Our client is looking for a professional, organised, proactive Administrator who has experience working in an environment where following procedures are key.
Responsibilities:
- Support the improvement of company processes such as monitoring and ensuring that a process has been completed according to procedure
- Assist with the generation of documentation for the manufacturing team
- Liase with vendors to fix equipment, resolve supply of materials and goods required for business operations
- Resolving IT issues as they occur this will involve communicating with an external IT company and internal IT processes to resolve matters
- Liaise with facility management regarding issues related to building operations
- Assist with packaging and release of shipment to customers
Requirements:
- A background in general, or crossfunctional, administration
- Strong technical and IT skills, particularly excel
- A strong command of English and Mathematics
- A sense of pride in being organised, efficient, and creative
- Desirable but not essential: experience working for a similar industry
