We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Compliance Team within our bonded warehouse facility.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations governing the storage, handling, and distribution of alcoholic beverages in a bonded warehouse environment.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the storage, handling, and distribution of alcoholic beverages in a bonded warehouse setting.

# Inventory Control:

Monitor inventory levels of alcoholic beverages within the bonded warehouse, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

# Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to safeguard the integrity and authenticity of alcoholic beverages stored within the bonded warehouse, including regular inspections and assessments.

# Safety and Security:

Collaborate with the warehouse management team to enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect both personnel and inventory within the facility.

# Serve as a liaison between the Compliance Team, warehouse staff, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
# Training and Education:

Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel on compliance-related matters, including proper handling procedures, documentation requirements, and safety protocols.

Previous experience working in a bonded warehouse environment, preferably within the alcoholic beverages industry would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing the storage, handling, and distribution of alcoholic beverages, including TTB regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact professionally with regulatory agencies.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
