    Key Responsibilities:

    Design Excellence:

    • Harness your expertise in electrical power elements to design and execute the electrical work scope for individual projects.
    • Conduct meticulous design calculations and selections to ensure optimal performance.
    • Thoroughly review and validate project design information, guaranteeing compliance with customer specifications and Armstrong standards.

    Project Management Support:

    • Collaborate closely with project teams, contributing to project planning and execution.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and Project Managers, fostering effective communication channels.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring project information remains current and accessible.
    • Specify compliant parts and practices, facilitating seamless project implementation.
    • Bridge the gap between Project Managers and electrical shop floor staff, ensuring smooth workflow coordination.
    • Cultivate professional relationships with relevant bodies and organizations, enhancing project efficiency and credibility.
    • Adhere strictly to project milestone review and approval processes, maintaining project timelines and deliverables.
    • Uphold rigorous standards of project document control and filing procedures.
    • Champion a culture of health and safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all project activities.

    Role Requirements:

    • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members towards shared goals.
    • Possess prior experience in electrical services, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
    • Hold 18th/17th Edition qualifications, showcasing your commitment to excellence in electrical design.
    • Showcase proficiency in electrical design, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
    • Possess relevant qualifications that underscore your expertise in electrical engineering.
    • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously while also functioning seamlessly within a collaborative team environment.
    • Demonstrate impeccable time management skills, consistently meeting project deadlines and milestones.
    • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
    • Display proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Project.
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD is essential, while experience with SolidWorks is advantageous.
    • Previous exposure to Amtech design calculation software and lighting design software is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Possess a valid driving license.
