Join our dynamic team a Logistics Administrator in the roles: Operations Administration Specialist or Business Administration Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.

Hours: Operations Admin 9:30am to 6:00pm / Business Admin 8:30 to 17:00

£23,000 to £25,000


What will you be doing?

Business Admin:


  • Process all documents and assist with customers requirements within the branch efficiently and effectively.
  • Investigate and promptly respond to queries and complaints from external, internal customers, and suppliers, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Administer daily paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain documentation completeness in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), facilitating smooth operations and audit readiness.
  • Handle invoice processing, accurately distributing charges to relevant departments and maintaining thorough billing records.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental crossbilling and invoicing, ensuring seamless financial transactions across the organization.

Operations Admin:


  • Admin Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel, shipments, and manage inventory.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work with different departments to ensure operational alignment.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Help monitor compliance with policies and regulations.

About You

  • Previous experience in Logistics Admin roles.

Strong Customer Service Skills: Essential for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating smooth interactions with customers and colleagues.

Excellent Organisational Skills:Ability to prioritize and manage high workloads efficiently, even in challenging situations, while consistently meeting deadlines.

Ability to Make Considered Decisions: Capacity to make thoughtful and consistent decisions, ensuring tasks are completed effectively, particularly under pressure.

Fast and Accurate Data Entry:Proficiency in speedy and precise data entry, maintaining the integrity of records and enhancing operational efficiency.

Working Knowledge of SAP:Familiarity with SAP, streamlining processes and contributing effectively to our operations.
