- Be comfortable leading, participating in and encouraging a wide range of worship styles and formats as well as the different traditions of the two parishes.
- Have a track record of strong but servant leadership, not necessarily in ordained ministry (i.e. this could be their first incumbency), able to delegate and to identify and encourage gifts and leadership in others.

The Bishop of Ely seeks to make a full-time appointment for a Vicar of Hemingford Grey and Rector of Hemingford Abbots.
Two lively and distinct parishes in attractive rural settings, one evangelical and the other with a more traditional approach, are looking for an energetic and compassionate leader so as to achieve a greater impact both in our communities and in our other mission activities.
