    Role Overview

    :

    As a Consultant Engagement Co-ordinator, you will assist the team with ensuring the consultants at Cromwell Hospital are supported across their practices. You shall ensure administration provision is provided across the function, and the retention and engagement of consultants is maintained to a very high standard. This role sits within the Commercial department and is a greater opportunity to be exposed to the wider projects and services across Cromwell Hospital and Bupa.

    What You'll do:

  • Undertake a range of general administrative duties such as managing inboxes, data inputting and support consultants and secretaries with access requests ensuring seamless provision of our internal platforms.
  • Support the Consultant Engagement Manager and Head of Consultant Engagement in delivering a number of projects whilst collaborating with teams across the hospital to achieve this.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure robust production and distribution of the monthly consultant newsletter.
  • Coordinate and attend a monthly meeting with a range of stakeholder, minuting the meeting and distributing these in a timely manner.
  • Build lasting relationships with consultant body and secretaries to understand pain points and collaborate with Consultant Engagement Manager in order to streamline processes to improve consultant experience.
  • Support the Consultant Engagement Manager in the organisation and delivery of consultant engagement and networking events.
  • Provide some administrative support to wider commercial team such as supporting Connected Care strategy, working with colleagues across Bupa to engage consultants in new pathways and other opportunities with Bupa.
  • What You'll bring:

  • Worked in an administration role in a fast-paced or project-oriented business environment.
  • Excellent customer service and with the ability to communicate at all levels confidently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with good written skills
  • Experience in working in healthcare, ideally in a private setting.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to demonstrate good attention to detail while meeting multiple project deadlines.
  • Work with a responsive and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks.
