Schedule:

• Workdays: 5 days out of 7
• Shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekends: 1 in 4, with Saturday (8 AM to 5 PM) and Sunday (10 AM to 4 PM) rotations

About the Role: As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll be the driving force behind delivering an unparalleled customer experience at Access. Beyond day-to-day customer support, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the store's pristine appearance and overall operational efficiency. In the absence of other management, you might even find yourself taking charge of additional store activities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to achieving the store's financial targets
• Unleash the potential for increased occupancy and revenue from each customer
• Respond adeptly to diverse customer needs
• Handle sales inquiries with finesse, both over the phone and in person
• Maximize every sales opportunity to propel the store to new heights
• Ensure meticulous completion of administrative tasks
• Keep the store spick and span
• Stand ready for lone work, including key holder responsibilities
• Embrace the challenge of fork lifting tasks

• Masterful written and verbal communication skills
• Clear and effective communication, whether face-to-face or over the phone
