Job type: Full time, Mon - Fri, 10am - 6pm

Salary: Competetive salary dependant on experience

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years

Start Date: Mid-April

Key Responsibilities: To support Juergen Teller Ltd, its sole Director, the Managing Partner and the Studio team.

Business tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Retouching images to the highest standards, working across a broad range of images
• Creative and technical excellence in Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One
• Quality control on editing and ensuring colour consistency between image and physical product
• Performing quality assurance on all images for all intended platforms
• Making sure timelines are adhered to and work is produced to deadlines
• Liaising with other departments involved in the studio process
• Quality consistency of images for large format printing intended for exhibitions and print sales

Key skills required:

• 4-5 years' minimum experience working in image retouching. A strong portfolio of creative, relevant work.
• Able to attend our W10 office from Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm.
• Excellent Photoshop knowledge and a strong understanding of colour spaces and Mac systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, strong interpersonal skills.
• Ensuring the correct amount of resources is allocated to each project and that projects are time managed efficiently. Capability to perform under pressure.
• Proactive attitude to problem solving.
• Being engaged, motivated and inspired to help meet the operational goals of the studio.
• High organisational skills and being in the best position to deliver against the creative vision of the studio.
• In depth knowledge of Juergen Teller's images and a strong interest in his work.
• Working on image presentation layouts for diverse output channels.
